4. Notarized translation of the educational document into an official language of the Kyrgyz Republic
5. Certificate of equivalency of foreign education issued by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Kyrgyz Republic
6. Six 4x6 photographs
7. NEET national test results (for citizens of India)
8. Academic certificate, certificate of study period, academic transcript (for transfer students)
