Dr. Ali Ihsan, Rector / Vice Chancellor of IUSM Bishkek, had the honor of meeting with the Honorable Commissioner of Malakand Region, His Excellency Mr. Masood Ahmad. He was accompanied by his brother, Dr. Muhammad Tufail, a specialist orthopedic surgeon.
During the meeting, Dr. Ali Ihsan discussed several important matters concerning cooperation and mutual interests between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The discussion focused on strengthening bilateral understanding and addressing key issues of shared concern.
The Honorable Commissioner highly appreciated Dr. Ihsan’s role as a representative of Pakistan in the Kyrgyz Republic and expressed full support for future cooperation and official engagement.
